On the basis of batch and semi-continuous operating pyrolysis machine, Beston has designed the fully continuous waste plastic recycling machine which can greatly save time and labor cost. This machine is equipped with automatic feeding and discharging system, which can realize feeding materials on one side and discharging slag continuously from the other side. It not only has a large handling capacities but also can work continuously for 24 hours without a stop.
When disposing waste plastics, the continuous pyrolysis plant needs a plastic shredder to cut the plastic into 30-50mm small pieces. If the water percentage of the plastic is larger than 15%, it also needs a dryer. Then the pretreated plastics will be conveyed to the stable reactor through the automatic feeder. In the reactor, the plastics will take a series of pyrolysis reactions under the action of catalyst. When the whole process ends, we can get pyrolysis oil, carbon black and some combustible gas.
The machine is equipped with advanced safety devices (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, fire fighting devices) and dedusting system (water spray, ceramic ring filter, washing chamber), which can guarantee safety, energy saving and environmental protection in the pyrolysis process.
