As a professional plastic recycling plant manufacturer and supplier, we have developed the machine into six models, BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLJ-16, BLL-20. All of the machine can be also called plastic pyrolysis plant. BLJ-06 and BLJ-10 are batch operating systems; BLJ-16 is semi-continuous system; BLL-20 is fully continuous system. When disposing plastics, the batch type doesn’t need pre-treatment devices and it disposes plastic by batch. When the whole pyrolysis process is over, its reactor must be cooled before another batch. But the continuous pyrolysis plant needs a plastic shredder to cut the plastic into small pieces. If the water percentage of the plastic is more than 15%, it also needs a dryer. Besides, it can work continuously for 24 hours per day without a stop. Although they have different daily processing capacities and different operating systems, they are all guaranteed in high quality and good performance.
The following are the advantages of the plastic recycling equipment:

(2) We adopt the latest heating method, which can not only save fuel but also prolong the life span of the main reactor.
(3) Mature safety devices (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, fire fighting devices) to guarantee safety in the production process.
(4) The exhaust gas will be recycled to be used in the heating process, which can save fuel and reduce pollution.
(5) In the dedusting system, three specifically designed steps are used to dedust the hot smoke, which can make sure the released smoke is pollution-free.
