Operating flows of carbonization equipment
On the early stage, the carbonization plant is mainly to produces gas, ignition, and then warm on the initial stage. It mainly uses the smoke generated by itself as the heating source to make the combustible gas, and then the combustible gas will enter the burner though the draft fan. When the temperature of burner outlet reaches up to 800 DEG C-1200C, the flow speed can reach 3-5 meters per second. During this process, it will produce high- temperature air flow to heat the periphery of machine. Each kilogram of raw materials can produce three cubic meters of methane gas, which can be used as the heat source for the carbonization’s cooling and warming. Besides, the reactor temperature can be adjusted freely.
