Main applications and production process of the carbon black processing machine:
The carbon black from waste tyre pyrolysis after processed is characterized as N220, N330, N660, with composite structure. It has both excellent high reinforcement and a wide range of general-purpose properties, which is a reinforcing agent that can be used for all kinds of rubber produces. Applications: sidewall rubber, apex, threading rubber, steel wire rubber and others of large tires; crown rubber, hose, conveyor belt, plastic sheet, seal, plastic color masterbatch and others of small tires.
Carbon black production process: high temperature pyrolysis of waste tires – residue – washing treatment – secondary drying – collision integration – activated reduction – pulse dust removal – kneading granulation – finished carbon black testing – packing – testing and weighing – storage.
