The system can not only make tail gas meet the international emission standards but also can use the spray lye to absorb the sulfur dioxide through the acid-base neutralization, and in this way, it can realize environmental protection.
Finally, the intelligent electric control system of oil refinery units is made up of digital display cabinet and the parameters of field acquisition, possessing the advantages that the parameters of temperature, pressure and liquid level can be displayed clearly in the digital display cabinet, so as to reduce the unnecessary danger and waste because of the human factor.
Classification of waste oil refinery machine – based on the operating methods:
The description of the BZJ series batching used oil refining plants mainly includes BZJ-6 and BZJ-10 models. The daily capacity of the batch waste oil refining equipment is 6t/d and 10 t/d respectively. The crude oil refinery machine can be operated in normal pressure and vacuum condition. The latest hot air heating system can increase the reactor’s life time for extra 1-2 years. Oil gas from reactor has already been purified by distillation tower before it goes into condenser system, and it has also been liquefied into light fuel oil. This kind of oil will be piped into deep purifying systems with acidity and alkaline cleaning devices as well as pressure filtering system. Then we get qualified diesel oil that can be used in engine and generators from the oil refinery process.
The specific information of continuous waste oil refining plant has three models: BZL-25, and ITS daily capacitY are 25t/d. The continuous crude oil refinery machine can be operated under the condition of normal pressure. The design of continuous oil refinery plants is based on the batch machines, so the major operating flows are same. The largest advantage of the continuous distillation machine is that it has larger processing capacities to get higher oil yields. So it is more suitable for the large scale industries.
